r.bourgeois has the capacity to plastic overmould with different material types: PA, PPS, PET fiberglass high loaded, to allow insulation of the iron laminated core slots with a minimum thickness of 0.5mm.
Vertical and horizontal plastic overmolding presses 100 and 200 Tons, with manual (small series) or automated (for large series) loading of the insert.
